Guarantee and Waranty
Master Care Gardens, guarantees the installation of a satisfactory and properly operating underground irrigation system. Further, Master Care Gardens warrants the installation, workmanship, design and materials used in connection with the underground irrigation system. THIS GUARANTEE AND WARRANTY SHALL BE EFFECTIVE FOR A PERIOD OF 18 months ONLY FOLLOWING THE COMPLETION OF INSTALLATION HEREUNDER. During the period of this guarantee and warranty, Master Care Gardens, will repair or replace any defects in the underground irrigation system without charge to the customer, and Master Care Gardens, shall not be responsible for, any defects in the workmanship or devices of others upon which the system functions, nor for any damages resulting from the negligence of the customer from vandalism, and from excavations. Further, this guarantee and warranty does not apply to any defects or insufficiencies resulting from decrease in water main static pressure, changes to landscaping, changes to plant growth, increases and decreases in the size of the customers lot. After one year we will visit your property to ensure that the irrigation system is appropriately adjusted and that all plants are properly being irrigated for no extra cost, we will only charge for parts that may be needed. For maximum efficiency, the irrigation system should be operating during nonpeak hours, when domestic water usage is at a minimum.
