Drainage

Master Care Gardens specializes in surface drainage and sub-surface drainage for residential and commercial properties. Surface drainage can be controlled with digging into the natural angle of the property while using bull rock to fill in the area. This system takes rain water off the property and funnels the water into an underground drainage system. Sub-surface drainage requires a French drain. A French-drain is a underground ditch that is filled with gravel and has a perforated pipe to allow the water to flow.

Master Care Gardens Irrigation team has many years of experience in drainage, including locating, identifying, and resolving a variety of drainage problems. The years of experience with drainage installs has given them the understanding they need to pinpoint and resolve the cause of drainage problems quickly. Proper drainage is vital to protect your property and landscape from water damage. If properly installed the drain will remove standing water, remove water damage from gutter downspouts, and promote healthy turf and plants.

Aeration

Lawn aeration controls lawn thatch and reduce soil compaction. Lawn thatch is a layer of dead organic tissue that deprives the lawn of oxygen. Soil compaction makes it difficult for grass to root and it does not allow for water to penetrate.

Lawn aeration makes holes in your yard that allow for more oxygen allowing it to breath, absorb water, stimulate deeper root growth and reduce soil compaction. Also, allows for organic fertilization and nutrients to access the root system.

Master Care Gardens crews have years in experience on helping clients improve their lawns. We will help you in making your lawn healthy and beautiful all year round.
